peppol support

In the EU there will be the obligation for B-to-B business to send invoices over the peppol network. Would be great if you would support this for sending invoices , not recieving. over a peppol access point .
As an peppol access point is not free there will have to be a fee for this integration if you decide to go with a fixed provider , this cannot be buitd-in North as this is not compatible with an LTD version of NorthCommerce. It needs to be a seperate plugin , with API connection to a Peppol Access point , its not some thing you want to handle yourself ;-)
