Payrexx Payment Gateway

An Integration with Payrexx would be nice. Since it is a payment processor which also offers local payment methods (for EU) like TWINT (Switzerland), iDEAL (Netherlands) eps (Austria), Bancontact (Belgium) and many more (bank transfer).
