Extend NC Subscriptions To Add Basic Digital Membership Functionality

I would find it useful if NC subscriptions could be extended to include digital memberships. Ideally the restrictions would be most easily accomplished by (Bricks) Conditions and Custom WP User Roles.

An example of how I'd like this to work for custom wp user roles is: "Subscription Active = WP User Role X" or "Subscription Is Not Active = WP User Role Y". I am capable of creating a custom wp user role in code. For example, if NC could have two user role fields on subscription products that promote the subscriber to X role when active and demote them to Y role when not active.
