Deactivate stock

In my case, I have a local software to manage my store, I manage all the stock through that program. I don't want to have to update the stock manually to the site, so would be great being able to deactivate stocks, having unlimited even with variations. And by so, not having to add 1000 per variation to keep selling instead of appearing as out of stock. If something is sold and I don't have stock I would call that person, but that's one out of 200.
